The PSM certification process involves completing the Professional Scrum Master I course and passing the associated exam. The exam consists of 80 multiple-choice questions, and you need a score of 85% or higher to pass. The exam is taken online, and there is no time limit, though it must be completed within 14 days of starting. Once you pass, you receive the PSM certification, validating your understanding of Scrum principles and your ability to apply them in real-world scenarios. There is no expiration for the certification.
