AI Governance for Organisations (AIGO)

AI is becoming part of everyday business - from customer service and recruitment to marketing, finance, software development and decision-making. But using AI responsibly requires more than choosing the right tools. Organisations need clear ownership, policies, risk controls and ongoing oversight.

AI Governance for Organisations is a practical 2-day course designed to help professionals understand how to govern AI across its lifecycle. You will learn how to identify AI risks, classify use cases, create an AI inventory, establish governance roles, develop policies and controls, assess AI vendors, manage incidents and monitor AI systems over time.

The course uses practical examples, case studies and hands-on exercises rather than focusing only on theory. You will work through realistic organisational situations and build the key components of an AI Governance Playbook that can be adapted for your own organisation.

The course also introduces important AI governance frameworks and regulations, including the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act, and explains how they can support practical organisational governance.

No technical or programming background is required. The course is designed for professionals who are responsible for AI adoption, risk, compliance, technology, data, operations, transformation or business leadership.
