About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Scrum principles, roles, and best practices
• Identify and remove impediments to support smooth delivery
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement and sprint readiness
• Track and communicate Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint commitments
• Support dependency management and cross-team collaboration
• Promote continuous improvement and team accountability
• Ensure adherence to Agile and organizational delivery standards

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks
• Experience working with remote and distributed teams
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
