About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning and all ART-level ceremonies
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on SAFe practices
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments
• Collaborate with Product Management and System Architects
• Track ART performance metrics and improvement initiatives
• Enable alignment between business, technology, and delivery teams

Required Skills

• Strong experience as an RTE or senior Agile leader
• Hands-on experience with SAFe implementation
• Facilitation of large-scale planning and coordination events
• Strong stakeholder and leadership skills
• Experience working in scaled Agile environments
