About the Role

We are hiring an experienced 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 for one of our clients to drive Lean transformation initiatives in a large enterprise setup.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Onsite – Bangalore

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:

10–15 years

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Strong Lean expertise with hands-on experience in enterprise transformation

• Deep understanding of Value Stream Mapping and flow optimization

• Experience in Hoshin Kanri (strategy deployment and alignment)

• Proven problem-solving capabilities in complex organizational environments

• SAFe experience with the ability to align Lean and Agile practices

• Experience coaching leadership and cross-functional teams

This role prioritizes Lean experience while combining both Agile and SAFe practices to enable sustainable, value-driven delivery.
