ROLE: D365 CE Technical Lead

Work Model: Remote with required travel

Job Description:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • Strong experience with Dataverse, Customer Insights Journeys, Power Platform, Azure Services
  • Expertise in customer journey orchestration, real-time triggers, segmentation, personalization
  • API development, custom channels, consent management, compliance
  • Strong C# .NET Core and Dynamics 365 Web API experience
  • Event-driven integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid
  • CI/CD and ALM using Azure DevOps
  • Collaboration with architects, consultants, stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • Oracle CC&B integration
  • Customer Insights Data, Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Fabric
  • Performance testing and tuning
