About the Role

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tanium Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to corporate and enterprise clients. The trainer will be responsible for conducting both theoretical and practical sessions, setting up Tanium lab environments, and ensuring participants gain hands-on experience with real-world scenarios.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Tanium modules (Discover, Deploy, Patch, Comply, Protect, etc.) and prior experience designing or facilitating Tanium hands-on labs for IT operations, endpoint management, and cybersecurity professionals.

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end Tanium training programs (foundation to advanced levels) in a virtual or classroom setting.
• Provide hands-on labs and exercises to reinforce learning outcomes.
• Configure, manage, and support Tanium lab environments (on-prem or cloud-based).
• Develop customized course materials, lab manuals, and real-time exercises.
• Assess participants’ understanding through interactive sessions and practical evaluations.
• Continuously update training content aligned with the latest Tanium versions and modules.
• Offer post-training support and troubleshooting during lab practice sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT security, systems management, or endpoint management.
• Strong understanding of Tanium modules such as:
• Tanium Discover, Deploy, Patch, Comply, Enforce, Protect, Trends, and Threat Response.
• Experience designing and maintaining Tanium lab environments (AWS/Azure or local VM).
• Proven experience conducting corporate or technical trainings (virtual/in-person).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical instruction.

• Tanium Certified Operator / Tanium Certified Administrator (TCA / TCO) or equivalent certification.

Lab Requirements (Trainer to Provide):

• Functional Tanium lab environment accessible to all participants.
• Lab access should be available for a limited duration post-training for practice and review.
