About the Role

Job Description:

We are looking for a Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) with strong experience in Agile coaching, training, and transformation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving enterprise agility by implementing SAFe practices, coaching leaders and teams, and supporting large-scale Agile transformations.

Location: Bangalore, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and mentor, enabling teams to adopt and implement SAFe practices effectively.
• Guide Agile Release Trains (ARTs) through PI Planning, execution, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment with SAFe principles.
• Support teams and leaders in understanding roles, events, and practices within the SAFe framework.
• Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of value streams.
• Train and coach teams on Lean-Agile practices, focusing on continuous improvement and value delivery.
• Assist in building high-performing teams by addressing impediments and promoting team autonomy.
• Facilitate the establishment of Communities of Practice (CoPs) and help sustain a culture of Agile excellence.
• Drive cultural transformation by embedding an Agile mindset at all organizational levels.

Required Qualifications:

• Active SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in Agile coaching and transformation.
• Proven experience conducting SAFe workshops and implementing Agile at scale in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps principles.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams and multicultural environments.
