Senior Sales & Business Growth Specialist

About the Role

Role Overview:

Drive revenue growth with 70% focus on hunting new customers (prospecting, outbound calls, LinkedIn/email outreach) and 30% farming warm leads for training courses and services. Target corporate HR/L&D, agile teams, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales pipeline, demos, pitches using CRM/scripts.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets via upsells/cross-sells.
  • Nurture leads through WhatsApp/email/calls; share brochures/schedules.
  • Build long-term relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years sales in training/consulting/IT (Agile/SAFe a plus).
  • Strong English, outbound confidence, proven target achievement.

Compensation: Fixed salary + uncapped revenue share + performance bonus. High-autonomy culture with growth to Sales Director.
