Role Overview

We are looking for a Course Content Specialist to research, structure, and develop high-quality training content for our learning programs. This is a remote role requiring strong ownership, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to convert complex concepts into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly material.

Key Responsibilities

• Research course topics, frameworks, and industry best practices
• Design and develop visually engaging, well-structured PowerPoint presentations
• Convert raw inputs, trainer notes, or reference material into polished course content
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards
• Collaborate remotely with trainers and internal stakeholders to align on learning objectives
• Update and improve existing course material based on feedback and requirements
• Manage assigned content tasks independently while meeting timelines

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong research and content-structuring abilities
• Excellent PowerPoint skills with a good sense of design and visual storytelling
• Ability to simplify technical or process-heavy topics for learners
• High attention to detail and content quality
• Strong self-motivation, accountability, and time management
• Clear communication skills for remote collaboration

Good to Have

• Experience creating training or educational content
• Exposure to Agile, SAFe, or IT-related training material
• Basic understanding of adult learning principles
