Refund & Cancellation

We offer 100% refund excluding the bank charges, if applicable on any cancellations within a span of 7days from purchase. Please mail us at accounts@advanceagility.com​. 

Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

No Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, you would not be entitled to any refund. However, we value your time and money and offer to reschedule your training sessions by paying a $250 rescheduling fee (please check the rescheduling policy for details). This fee covers the cost associated with rearranging and adjusting the training sessions. 

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling your training session with a notification of 3 days or more will not cost you any extra fee. However, a supplementary charge of $250 will be incurred if course sessions are rescheduled within 72 hours (about 3 days) of the training program.
