Health and Safety Policy

Statement of Intent

Advance Agility Ltd is committed to ensuring a safe, healthy, and supportive working environment for all employees, contractors, visitors, and stakeholders. Our goal is to foster a culture of safety, well-being, and continuous improvement in all our policies and practices.


Objectives

  • Fully comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all relevant regulations.

  • Provide comprehensive training, supervision, and appropriate safety equipment to all employees.

  • Maintain clear and effective procedures for fire safety, emergency evacuation, first aid, and mental health support.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments across office spaces, training venues, and client sites.

  • Promote mental health awareness and resilience programs to support psychological well-being.

  • Review safety and health performance annually or following any incident to identify improvements in policies and practices.


Responsibilities

  • The Managing Director, as the designated Health & Safety and Mental Wellbeing Officer, will oversee policy adherence and continuous improvement.

  • All employees are expected to:

    • Take reasonable care of their own safety.

    • Report hazards and unsafe conditions proactively.

    • Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Employees are encouraged to actively participate in mental health initiatives and safety training programs.
