About the Role

Job Description:

We are looking for a Lean Consultant with expertise in Lean manufacturing and product development to help organizations streamline operations, eliminate waste, and enhance value delivery. The role involves driving Lean transformation initiatives, mentoring teams, and collaborating with leadership to achieve operational excellence.

Location: Bangalore, Hybrid 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Lean assessments to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas in product development and operational processes.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Kaizen workshops to identify bottlenecks and drive measurable improvements.
• Apply Lean methodologies in product development to improve efficiency, quality, and innovation speed.
• Support design and implementation of Lean transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote standardized workflows and continuous improvement.
• Train and coach employees at all levels on Lean principles, problem-solving, and process optimization.
• Monitor KPIs to measure success and sustain improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Mininum15 years of experience in Lean Consulting or Continuous Improvement roles.
• Proven track record of applying Lean concepts in product development environments.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Hands-on experience with VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, and PDCA cycles.

• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to Agile, SAFe, or hybrid Lean-Agile environments.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
